Starting around November 2005 I was looking to refinance my home to a lower rate and a 20 year loan.  I contacted several agents via email and directly by phone.  I also contacted my then current mortgage agent for pricing information.  Out of about 6 total, I got 4 responses in return.  One from Countrywide, which was my lender at the time, one from Providers, one from Crestline Funding, and one more from another company.  Out of them all Providers was up front and provided me with instant answers and rates, along with other options.  I still worked with two other agents till I got a clear sign which would be my best bet.  Providers won hands down. Justin Serotko was just a great and easy person to work with.  He was always there when I called and always had answers.  I could always count on Justin to give me straight answers and not hide behind false claims as others had done.  Every step of the process when smoothly.  Even after all had closed and settled down Justin was still there to help.  I would recommend Providers and Justin if someone needed to do some mortgage financing.  There was never a time where I had second thoughts with Providers; I knew where I stood every step of the way.  It’s been a pleasure and if needed I would use Providers in the future.
